Hi, I’m Sandy — a certified special education teacher with 28 years of experience and a proud mom of a wonderful son who is 18 and has ADHD. My professional journey and personal life have both centered around understanding how people learn, think, and thrive in their own unique ways.
Through years in the classroom, I’ve supported students with diverse learning styles, executive functioning challenges, and attention differences. At home, I’ve walked the path alongside my son, learning firsthand what it means to navigate school, routines, and life with ADHD.
Support and Guidance Coaching was born from that blend of professional insight and personal experience. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging space where children, teens, and adults can build confidence, develop strategies that truly work for them, and feel supported every step of the way. I also work closely with parents, helping them understand and support their child’s unique needs while fostering connection and calm at home.
With compassion, patience, and practical tools, I help clients strengthen executive functioning skills, improve focus, and find a sense of balance and success — both in school and in life.
Because everyone deserves to feel capable, understood, and empowered to shine.
